YKM Entertainment  Hotels Pvt Ltd. is coming up with a 4 Star Luxury Hotel and Convention Center at TIRIPAT1 in Andhra Pradesh,  in collaboration with an  INTERNATIONAL HOTEL CHAIN.  It is part of the fast expanding YKM Group with interests in Health care, Real estate. Pharmacy and Travel & Tourism industries. We are looking for the following personnel for our Hotel Project at TIRUPATI.

Manager (Civil Construction): Graduate in Civil Engineering with 8 - 10
years experience in construction of high nise buldings, Hotels and IT parks with
domain expertise in RCC structures and meeting project schedules.

Asst Manager (Civil — Q.C.): Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Quality management in civil constructon and capable of enforcing international quality standards.

Mechanical Engineer (HVAC): Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5 -
10 years of experience in HVAC mechanical works.(AHU's, Boilers Cooling
towers. R0 plants etc)

Electrical Engineer: Graduate n Electrical Engineering with 8 - 10 years experience in installation and maintenance of 11 KV substation, Generators and
Utilities with knowledge of IS standards.

Plumbing Engineer: Civil Engineer with hands on experience of minimum 5 years in planning and execution of HVAC plumbing, sanitary, drainage, fire fighting and sewage treatment plants.

Instrumentation Engineer: Diplomo or Graduate in Instrumentation Engineering with 6 - 8 years experience in identifying, installing and commissioning of instruments required for star hotels of international standards.

Interior Designer: Graduate in Architectural Engineering with about 10 years experience in interior designing of star hotels. Should be aware of graphic design/layout perspective sketches, physical presentation and multimedia
presentation etc.
