Remuneration for the posts 1-3 above:
A consolidated amount of Rs.30,000/- per month.
Candidates fulfilling the requisite qualifications will be called for interviews. The selected candidates are required to work as per the terms of agreement to be entered at the time of joining.

Master’s Degree in Agriculture with minimum 15 years experience in the seed industry, having held a senior management position in seed production (or) B.Sc. in Agriculture with minimum 15 years experience in APSSDCL with at least 5 years service in Grade-II cadre. The candidate must be conversant in Telugu. Upper age limit : 45 years
2 General Manager (Admn.) – 1 post
(On contract basis)Post Graduate in Business Administration/ Personnel Management/ Bachelors Degree in Law, with minimum 8 years experience in a Public Sector or any Industry as Senior Manager in Personnel or Administration. The candidate must be conversant in Telugu.
Upper age limit: 45 years.
For internal candidates, minimum 8 years experience as Asst. Manager (Personnel) in APSSDCL.
3 General Manager (Mktg.) – 1 post
(On contract basis)MBA or equivalent in Management/ Marketing with a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture with 8-10 years experience in Marketing of Seeds (or) B.Sc. in Agriculture with minimum 15 years experience in APSSDCL with at least 5 years service in Grade-II cadre.
The candidate must be conversant in Telugu. Upper age limit: 45 years.
4 Company Secretary – 1 post
(Regular basis)
Graduation with A.C.S. and L.L.B. qualifications with minimum 2 years work experience as Company Secretary in a reputed organization.
The candidate must be conversant in Telugu. Upper age limit: 45 years.
